How to Improve and Implement Biomass Boiler to Increase Convection Heating Surface

In view of the problems of low flue gas velocity, easy ash accumulation and low thermal efficiency of the original boiler, biomass boilers are reformed to improve the flue gas velocity as the dominant factor and focus on reducing the flue gas cross-section area. The users of convective tube bundles replace the handsome ones and increase part of the heating surface. The upper and lower headers were changed from Chuan to A, connecting pipes.
Because the central position of the front part of water wall tube, header and air preheater have not been changed, the central position of the lower header of the first row tube bundle in the second convection tube bundle has not changed, and the lower header of the other second convection tube bundles has moved up. In order to solve the problem of ash accumulation on the back arch, a new ash removal door was opened on the side wall, sealed and opened during ash removal.
