The most common type of elucidation valve for gas-fired hot water boiler

The elucidation valves of gas-fired hot water boilers are divided into different types. The most common forms are parallel and wedge elucidation valves. According to the structure of the valve stem, elucidation valves can also be divided into elucidation valves.
(1) Parallel elucidation valve refers to the elucidation valve with two sealing surfaces parallel to each other. It is suitable for low pressure, medium and small diameter (DN50-400mm) pipelines.
(2) Wedge elucidation valve refers to the elucidation valve with two sealing surfaces wedged. It is divided into double elucidation board, single elucidation board and elastic elucidation board.
(3) The open and close degree of the open and close rod elucidation valve can be visually displayed, so the small and medium diameter has been widely used for many years. Usually, the open and close rod elucidation valve is selected when DN is less than or equal to 80 mm.
(4) The stem nut of the concealed stem elucidation valve is in direct contact with the medium in the valve body. Suitable for large caliber valves and pipelines with limited installation space, such as underground pipelines.
The constant speed feed water pump of gas hot water boiler is generally centrifugal in the feed water system. Its working principle is to use the centrifugal force generated by rotation to make the fluid obtain energy. It is driven by a certain power motor to rotate the pump at a certain speed, so that the fluid can get a certain pressure energy and kinetic energy. The speed regulating feed pump (taking YT62 hydraulic coupling as an example) has a special part - hydraulic coupling. It is a hydraulic transmission device installed between the prime mover (motor, etc.) and the feed pump, which transmits power by the kinetic energy of the liquid. Its working principle is that there is a pump wheel at the end of the active shaft, and a turbine at the opposite end of the driven shaft and the active shaft. There is a certain gap between the pump wheel and the turbine. Both of them form a cavity, which is called circular circle.
