What Common Knowledge Should Boiler Safety Use Be Mastered

Boiler is one of the special equipments with high temperature and high pressure. It is widely used in organs, enterprises and all walks of life. It is dangerous and special equipment. Once an accident occurs, involving public safety, it will cause huge losses to the life and property of the country and people. For the sake of public safety, people's life and property safety, in accordance with the Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment of the State Council, attention should be paid to the following matters when using boilers:
Matters needing attention:
1. When boilers leave the factory, they shall be accompanied by "design documents required by safety technical specifications, product quality certificates, safety and maintenance instructions, supervision and inspection certificates (safety performance supervision and inspection certificates)".
2. Installation, maintenance and transformation of boilers. Units engaged in installation, maintenance and renovation of boilers shall obtain the qualification certificate for installation and maintenance of special equipment issued by provincial quality and Technical Supervision Bureau before they can engage in installation, maintenance and renovation of boilers. Before construction, the construction unit shall inform the special equipment safety supervision and Management Department of the municipality directly under the Central Government or its jurisdiction in writing of the proposed installation, maintenance and transformation, and shall inform the local county-level quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of the start of construction for the record, and the construction can be completed after informing.
3. Acceptance and acceptance of boiler installation, maintenance and transformation. After the completion of the construction, the construction unit shall report the water pressure test and installation supervision of the boiler to the special equipment inspection institute of the State Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau. Qualified by the state quality and technical supervision bureau, state special equipment inspection institute, county quality and Technical Supervision Bureau to participate in the overall acceptance.
4. Boiler registration. After the acceptance of boilers, the users must fill in the Registration Form for Boilers (Census), register with the State Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau and apply for the Registration Certificate for Safe Use of Special Equipment in accordance with the Regulations on Registration and Use of Special Equipment.
5. Boiler operation. Boiler operation must be operated by the licensee who has passed the training and obtained the Certificate of Special Equipment Operator. The operating rules, eight systems and six records must be strictly observed in operation.
6. Boiler inspection. Boilers are inspected regularly every year. Boilers that have not been inspected regularly and safely shall not be used. Boiler safety accessories safety valves are inspected periodically every year, pressure gauges are inspected semi-annually, and safety accessories that have not been inspected periodically shall not be used.
7. It is strictly forbidden to install atmospheric pressure boilers as pressure boilers. It is strictly forbidden to use boilers with incomplete water level gauges, safety valves and pressure gauges.
