Characteristics of biomass waste incineration boilers

Biomass waste incineration boilers use reciprocating grate, which is the most suitable combustion equipment for biomass fuel combustion. Compared with traditional boilers, the structure design of boilers has larger space and reasonable secondary air arrangement, which is conducive to the full combustion of a large amount of volatile matter released in the instantaneous combustion of biomass fuels.
The control system uses high brightness, full Chinese display, famous-brand PLC control system as the central control unit, and exchanges information with boiler users through human-computer dialogue to realize the full-automatic safe and reliable operation of biomass granular boiler.
Boiler can be equipped with fuel (gas) ignition burner to realize ignition automation. The feeding, combustion, slag removal, water supply and ignition of boilers can be controlled automatically and the operation is very convenient. The boiler is equipped with an automatic ash cleaning device, which can remove the ash deposited on the heating surface of the boiler in time to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the boiler. The boiler tail is equipped with economizer or air preheater according to user's needs. Compared with traditional boilers, boilers have higher efficiency and lower exhaust temperature.
With high efficiency thermal insulation material, the surface temperature of the boiler is low and the heat dissipation loss can be neglected. Strictly in accordance with China's national norms and standards, all pressurized components are made of high-quality boiler steel. Every boiler has to undergo strict inspection and testing before leaving the factory, including water pressure test and X-ray test. Manhole, inspection door and fire-watching hole are set up, so maintenance is very convenient. The biggest characteristics of biomass boilers are: energy saving, environmental protection, and easy installation and use.
Fuel supply
The fuel of the boiler is BMF fuel, which is fed into the top bin by the feeder, and then into the furnace by the screw feeder, evenly scattered on the grate.
Combustion process
The fuel is fed into the furnace by the screw feeder, where it is gradually preheated, dried, ignited and burned due to the action of high temperature flue gas and primary air, during which a large amount of volatile matter is precipitated and burned violently. After the high temperature flue gas washes out the main heating surface of the boiler, it enters the economizer and air preheater at the rear heating surface of the boiler, then enters the dust collector, and finally discharges into the atmosphere through the chimney. Ungasified fuel moves toward the back of the grate until it burns out, and a small amount of residual ash falls into the slag removal port behind the grate.
Environmental protection emission
The ash produced by BMF combustion accounts for about 1.5% of the fuel. In order to facilitate ash removal, screw slag discharger is arranged at the back of the boiler to realize continuous ash removal. A dust collector is arranged in the tail flue of the boiler to ensure that the smoke and dust discharge meets the requirements of environmental protection.
Boiler efficiency
The efficiency of biomass boilers is generally more than 80%. The boilers are larger in size and burn more fully, so the efficiency of boilers is higher. The highest is 88.3%, which is 15% higher than the average efficiency of coal-fired boilers.
